The Empire Castle and castle park Cibulka has a very rich history, which dates back from 14th century. It get an important turn in 1817, when the new owner became the last bishop of Passau Leopold Leonhard Raymund Reichsgraf Joseph of Thun-Hohenstein. He held for a radical reconstruction of the whole area. After his death Cibulka burned, gradually began to decay and fall to forgotten.
Currently, the park Cibulka is used as a black landfill and is in pitiful condition. Thanks to its accessibility, the castle became the residence of several squatters.

The local observation stone tower is 13 meter high and has a square ground with battlements on top. It is the oldest in Prague and is regarded together with the hermitage as the best condition bulding of the entire complex. The tower can be accessed by external staircase with 76 stairs. To the visitor is offered lookout on the whole area of opposite hillock with Motol hospital.
