The Gothic castle ruins. The castle was built in the 1st half of the 14th century by the Lord Henry of Lipa and was named in 1366 as Pirkenstein in memory of the original family seat of the Lords of Lipe and Dube. The castle was abandoned and devastated by peasant insurrection of 1627. Since 1636 in the property of Lords of Talmberk. The ruins were rebuilt by the Count Vaclav Oktavian Kinsky in the beginning of the 18th century as the Rataje parsonage and only the donjon tower and rests of the circuit walls were preserved to the present day. The ruins are located directly in the centre of the village Rataje. Non accessible.
