Old Town Village

Old Town Village is a large townhome community found in Old Town Alexandria. Designed and constructed by the EYA Corporation of Bethesda, Maryland, the neighborhood features a variety of neo-colonial townhomes and a unique collection of larger "courtyard homes." Many of these homes replicate the wide variety of neo-colonial and neoclassical features found in many of the historical buildings found in Old Town; these include large palladian windows with colonial shutters, highly ornamented pediments, and dormers emerging from a roof of grey or black slate.

The community itself is bounded by Duke Street and Washington Street. Many of the homes overlook these streets or surround the many highly gardened lanes and courtyards found within the community. Old Town Village features 155 townhomes and courtyard homes, which were constructed around the mid-1990s.
