Market Station is a marketplace which in the vicinity replaced the Santa Rosa Country Market. It houses most of its predecessor's former tenants since March 18, 2009, as the old marketplace is converted into another Paseo shopping building called Paseo 5. It is located beside the transport terminal of Paseo de Santa Rosa, making it accessible to the commuters and shoppers. Other tenants from nearby buildings are also moved to this market.

It adopts a village-like atmosphere with distinctive architecture. Its design combines Mediterranean elements, which are prominently Paseo de Santa Rosa’s, with modern features that take advantage of the use of natural light and ventilation. The marketplace has 132 stalls.
