The Church of St. Wolfgang has been renowned for its magnificent decoration for centuries. Thomas Schwanthaler's splendid baroque altar from 1676 and 3 altars and a pulpit made by the sculptor Meinrad Guggenbichler.
The highlight in this church is the world famous High altar, a work of Michael Pacher, carved and painted between 1471 and 1481.
