Castillo de Chapultepec is a castle on top of Chapultepec Hill; originally built by the Spanish Viceroy Matías Gálvez
by 1780. It's been used as residence for emperors and presidents, the military academy
(Heroico Colegio Militar) and, since 1940, hosts the National History Museum.

  • Cesar is right. The hill is called "del chapulín", which is a bug... something like a Cricket... And, in the main entrance of the castle, is a metallic statue of this curious bug. Pretty awesome!
