  • This island is called Pungulutivu. Velanai is the Place on Kayts from there is a causeway to Pungulutivu, which can be accessed by road from Jaffna. It has a jetty to go to the outer Jaffna islets, like Analaitivu, Neduntivu (Delft) and of cause Nainativu with a famous and only left over Pilgrimage Place for Buddists.
