The Epcot logo is now gone, as of Fall 2007. It was first erected pre-millenia and had "2000" as the sign. This was changed to Epcot ca. 2001.

This is a very cool structure. Who would have thought of a giant Geodesic spere as an icon for the park. On the inside is a ride based on communication. It can get boring at some points, but it is a good escape from the sun.

I'm glad they got rid of the tacky "Epcot" wand. It was neat in 2000, but these kinds of things tend to get stale after a while.

Spaceship Earth was recently refurbished and is now open again. There are quite a few updates including Touch Screen Monitors and new/changed scenes.
