largest City Park in Tarlac City. It features a football field, picnic grounds, Pasalubong Center, Restaurant row and a Robinsons Mall. The main landmark here was the Tranvia train. Ninoy Aquino Statue was used to be here but transferred at the Ninoy Aquino Blvd. at the City proper. This park also boasts of century old Acacia Trees.
