Located 17 miles south of Ensenada at the tip of the Punta Banda peninsula, La Bufadora (The Blowhole). La Bufadora is a marine geyser, or Blowhole located on the Punta Banda Peninsula in Baja California, Mexico. La Bufadora is considered to be the second largest marine geyser in the world (the largest is located at Makapuu Point in Oahu, Hawaii).

Surrondinf the entrance to La Bufadora is a commercial area where you can find all kind of arts and crafts of the region; the restaurants offers you an excellent selection of seafood plates. Don't forget to try the famous "churros", a flour stick deep-fried and rolled in sugar. Near La Bufadora is a little cove where Dale's Dive Shop can assist outfit your scuba diving experience.

  • Never stops amaze me this Blowhole that I visit for the first time maybe 35 years ago. and still as nice to visit as the first time.
