Site of proposed 160 ac. business park to be developed by Rosati Group from former Chrysler lands. Property was originally to be divided into 7 parcels ranging from 18 ac. to 45 ac. with Chrysler retaining 25 ac. for storage of minivans. In 2022, internet retail giant Amazon announced it was buying this location from Syncreon and Rosati as the future home for its new DLC8 delivery and shipping hub, with an opening date tentatively set for 2024.
