The Trump International Hotel and Tower is a skyscraper condo-hotel at 401 North Wabash Avenue in downtown Chicago, Illinois named for famed real estate developer (and later President of the United States), Donald J. Trump. It is on the site formerly occupied by the Chicago Sun-Times Building and was completed in 2009. The building is 415 meters (1,362 feet) tall and contains 96 floors for various uses.
