  • The most bad customer service i ever hac.. Better got 100km to lowyat then 10km to this.. Lame..
  • Seriously the LOUSIEST customer service EVER. Warranty takes damn long to claim, and if the unit has problems they charge for inspection even if it's under warranty. Some of the staff are rude, too. Enter at your own risk.
  • i know another computer shop take year for the warranty. So, warranty claims take months just small case.
