Sé (German: Scheibing) is a village in Vas county, in the west of Hungary, located near the Austrian border. Population: 1,299 (2004).
Sé is located 5 km west of Szombathely, on the banks of the Arany brook. The word Sé refers to the old Hungarian word "séd" (which means: brook).
The village was first recorded in 1404, its history, however, dates back to the Neolithic Age, when a significant settlement was situated here along the Arany brook 6000 years ago. Some of the findings now on display in the Savaria Museum of Szombathely were found here, the most important of which is the so-called "Venus of Sé", a statuette representing a woman.
A water pipe passed here in the Roman age. Parts of water pipe have been found in the village.

The only relic of the traditional folk architecture, a barn can be found in Petőfi Sándor Street, 10.
Its church was dedicated to the Holy Cross, it was built in 1660 and completely rebuilt in 1901.
