The hotel is fully air-conditioned and is a business hotel, designed to offer comfortable accommodation to business travelers. It has 236 rooms spread across 21 floors, and 7 function rooms and offers all guests a "butler service". Further facilities include an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a cloakroom, a currency exchange facility, lift access, a café, a hairdressing salon, a casino, a restaurant, Internet access (charges apply), room and laundry services (charges apply) and parking for those arriving by car. The Pacific Lounge encompasses the top floor of the hotel, with floor-to-ceiling glass walls and offering private meeting rooms (complimentary use to guests), a separate lounge, a dining area, a bar and a rooftop garden with gazebo.

Each room has a granite desk, phone lines, broadband Internet, a hairdryer, satellite/ cable television, an iron and ironing board, a safe, a fully-stocked minibar and personal coffee and tea making facilities. In the bathroom there is a bathtub, a separate shower cubicle, a television and a sliding wall that opens onto the bedroom. The air conditioning is centrally regulated.

There is an outdoor swimming pool on the hotel grounds, complete with loungers and a sun terrace. The hotel also has its own gym. Intramuros Golf Course is just a 10-minute drive from the hotel.
