This development is just outside of Concepcion on the mountain in the AFP housing area. Barangay Silangan has no running water and underdeveloped public utlilties. I really hope Manila Water develops this area soon. The area has some stunning vistas of the Marikina and Metro Manila skylines from the mountains. From up here, you can easily see the La Mesa Dam to the Northeast which supplies much of Manila with it's drinking water.
