Villa Andreani - Brugherio

The magestic villa stands in the urban area of Moncucco, south of Brugherio. The dwelling was commissioned in the mid 1700s by the Bolagnos family over an area where, already in 1721, existed Marquise Silva's luxurious home with Italian-style gardens. It became propeperty of the Andreani family, who built the current set-up, and was later acquired by the Andreani-Sormani. The first balloon flight made in Italy and the first outside France takes place(13.3.1784)from the grounds of this villa owned by Chevalier Paul Andreani.
