This building was originally Ericksen Building, it was built as wooden structure in 1884 and purchased four years later by a Norwegian immigrant Gerhard Ericksen. The wooden building was torn down in 1926 in order for a brick building to be constructed. A furniture store was established inside this building in 1985.
