East Perth railway station is located on the Midland line in Perth, Western Australia. It is operated by Transperth serving the suburb of East Perth. It is adjacent to the East Perth Terminal and Public Transport Centre.

The station was inaugurated in 1969 and rebuilt between 2016 and 2018. The station has 3 lines and two passenger platforms. It is the starting point of the long-distance passenger train "Indian-Pacific" (East Perth-Sydney Central).
