  • Nauru always reminds me of Sun, salt, wind, gulls, winds, rain and all the good physical weather stuff that makes an island life a very fertile place for a mind and a soul who was brought up on a seaside town in PNG. Almost two years living on that isle was just great. And knowing the young people you work with attaches you to that place despite the mined-out scarred land and the uncertainties it may be facing.
