Stirling Square is a gorgeous park located in the heart of Guildford. It is a great venue for wedding ceremonies in the large gazebo or a family picnic.
Large and beautiful trees outline the park. The park has a playground, gazebos and public toilets.
St Matthews Church built in 1873 sits in Stirling Square as does the War Memorial.
Stirling Square was also a traditional meeting place for local Aboriginal groups and is still used today by Aboriginal people for regular meetings. Stirling Square is known as Gilly Park by the Noongars.
