I couldn't find any reference that this is a University of Iowa radio telescope. Also, it's not on the list of UI's off-campus facilities [http://www.physics.uiowa.edu/graduate/offcampus.html]. Therefore, I am removing the information that this is a University of Iowa radio telescope. If I am wrong, feel free to correct; and please supply a reference.
