I am from Hans Kalan, and Jagraon is our city. I was in city almost every other day when I was in Punjab this summer. Somebody mentioned Roshni Da Mela. Wow, that brought back a lot of memories. I know when I was little we use to go to that festival every year.

Please save the Jagraon city..... please save your own city...because it's city belongs to the times of Mughal Kings of India. Some old but it's GOLD buildings are destroyed by the Municipal Committee of Jagraon. Shame..Shame..Shame. It's very Consciousness of wrong and foolish behaviour of the Jagraon Municipal Committee.

I left the beautiful place where I was born and brought up. I'll never forget this place. My respected parents(Mrs & Mr Jagdish Sapra) still there. Now I live in Canada. MY hospital # is 250-763-7385. I miss all of my friends in Jagraon. I say hello to all of them. Bye!

These are the rustic views of Jagraon which once was mine also ! I still cherish the memories of my school days in Government High School. I used to go on foot covering a distance of 8 Kms to my school from village Akhara I am now told that this school is .in bad shape. I doubt if archaelogical department can do any thing at this stage when damage has already been done. Better late than neve. Cheers

Science college da city, kade tamannna see, science college padan di,15 sal pahlan, Puree nahi hoi. God Bless city and college. Don't know if it is still the best college out there.
