Dental/Medical offices known to locals as "The Chocolate Offices" for the various shades of brown featured in the buildings, including exterior paint and carpeting. Most of the brown is now gone, but this charming office complex remains a terrific example of mid-century modern office style, and its back stairs provide a perfect quiet getaway to enjoy Bubbaloons or a box of ice cream sandwiches. Also featured in a KONG motion picture by the same name.
