The Evergreen Point Floating Bridge, officially the Governor Albert D. Rosellini Bridge-Evergreen Point, is the longest floating bridge in the world at 7,710 feet (2,350 meters). It carries Washington State Route 520 across Lake Washington from Seattle to Medina and is often called the "520 bridge" by locals.
This is the third floating bridge at this location. The original bridge was built in 1940, and was replaced in 1963 by a similar bridge with a drawspan in the middle. The current bridge was completed in 2016 and features separate lanes for westbound and eastbound traffic, and higher water clearance (eliminating the need for a drawspan).
