some data founded telling us that this place is used as an HQ for shtopor troops. This group was created by the global shadow goverment to protect the earth from the alien threat. it consists of three super trained human males, who are immune to alien mind attacks. one of the misterities that there are some poor facts which point on collaboration between Oblivion scientists and Shtopor troopers.
