  HH Srila Mahanidhi Swami Maharaj, a direct disciple of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, Founder of ISKCON, The Hare Krishna Movement. Maharaj is a doctor by qualification and was born as an American and joined the Hare Krishna movement in 1975 at Los Angeles while he was doing his internship. He has been living in India for a long time now as a Sanyasi and has produced a number of highly knowlegdeable books.

  HH Mahanidhi Swami is a disciple of Srila Prabhupada and currently resides at Sri Radha Kunda. He has lived in Vrindavana for many years now and for some time was the caretaker of Prabhupada's rooms at the Radha-Damodara temple.   Mahanidhi Maharaja is a prolific writer of Vaishnava siddhanta as well as the history of early ISKCON. He became caretaker of Srila Prabhupada's room at the Radha Damodar temple in Vrindavan and began his transcendental writing. I strongly recommend his book GAYATRI Mahima Madhuri for anyone who had received Gayatri mantra and would like to relish this divine practice of mantra meditation. Also THE ART OF CHANTING is strongly recommended for anyone who really wants to improve their japa time with Krishna in His Holy Name form. There are videos of Maharaja doing guided meditations, also for your own private japa retreat daily.
