  KTC Golf View, Kulim Techno City, is one of the best location situated at the Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kulim Kedah. It is just 20 minutes drive to Seberang Jaya/Perai Industrial Estate and 40 minutes to Penang Free Industrial Zone, Bayan Lepas. The semi-D houses prices are very reasonable and the park is one of the greenest/cleanest I have ever seen. Our neighbours are educated, helpful and friendly. The Kulim Golf and Resort is just opposite the KTC Golf View is an added advantage with swimming pool, restaurant , banquet halls,etc and nearby shop houses having various type of restaurants for all races. It's a good buy and we we absolutely happy to stay here. This KTC location have Hospital, Schools, Police Station, University, Bomba, JPJ, KPN etc etc just near by.
