Small cave on corner of road for decades known to locals as Pooh Bear Corner. Every year, mainly when Canberran migrate to Batemans Bays for the Summer school holiday, they add or replace Pooh and clean the cave of old decorations

  • this hole was drilled durung the war years and charges were set , so if the Capital was attched then they could blow the charges and block acess to the capital from a water a landing at the coast stopping any millary bring tanks etc off vessells on the coast , in less than two hours they could have had tanks in the Capital of Australia
