  • Late E K Madhavan was my paternal grand fathers brother.He was a grate lover of nature and music and played a few musical instrument apart from singing songs.He composed the orginal Koduvalli bridge song.My father would tell me how he would drop in suddenly at their house in his motorcycle with his belonging strapped on the back seat during his official trips while he was working in the Forest Department and there would be grate merriment and song during his stay.He was a keen nature lover and new all the various birds and their songs.If i remember he retired as conservator of Forests.He is survived by one son.
