North Deer Island is an island and wildlife sanctuary located in West Galveston Bay, between Galveston Island and Tiki Island in Galveston County,Texas. It is one of the few natural islands remaining in Galveston Bay, and is an important waterbird nesting site for the Upper Texas coast.
