Desa ParkCity, covering 473 acres of freehold land, is located just south of Bandar Manjalara of Kepong, and north of Kampung Penchala & Taman Tun Dr Ismail. Launch of the first neighborhood, Nadia Parkhomes, started in 2002, and construction started in the same year.

The entire development of this new township is expected to be completed by 2012, with 7278 residences and a population of 35,000. The completed community will include 25 residential neighborhoods, a 45-acre mixed use commercial belt, 2 business parks, a 43-acre central park, an exclusive RM30mil clubhouse, a community centre, schools, places of worship & other amenities.

    look like gated sound like gated but actually like steel cage a lots of houses but not yet to be occupied..Hope the holding power is strong enough otherwise price will depreciates soon as the global market is soft.

    The mall is great, with outdoor umbrella tables outside places to eat, lots of massage places, and the best Japanese restaurant in the KL area

    actually the original land was a huge abandoned lake..peaceful area with a hill nearby..people coming here early in the morning jogging and climbing the hill..but now desa park city had demolished all the natural thing there n u can see what happened nowadays here
