  • Very poorly managed property, dirty smelly hallways and staircases, carpets held by tape, patched-up unpainted walls, scraches and spit in the elevators, paint coming off ceilings in the underground garage, huge puddles in parking spots, constant water shut-downs, arrogant staff ignoring phone calls and letters, regular rent increases.   • One of the worst management ever, 2 ladies are parasites in the building. Dont bother to get apartment there.
  • I also fully agree with these statements. My rents is $50 more then what is listed on viewit.ca and other rental property units.
