Randall Park MallOpened in 1976 with much fanfare as the world's largest mall. Started to decline due crime & poverty. JC Penny closed in 2001. Dillard's closed in 2003. May Company / Macy's closed in 2008. The interior of the mall is closed to public, as it is being developed as a tech-school. However, Burlington Coat Factory and Sears remain open via exterior entrances.
