  • Attention : Sales Manager / Workshop (Al-Rai - GMC ) I have a complaints regarding your shop in Al-Rai for the staffs there in charge. I bring my car for making and fix, service, first your staffs told me might get appointment. It is possible and it is your policy. Are you not lookng the welfare for the service in your customer's? Then when i returned again the car the warranty is finished, for the reasons that first when i brought that still there's a warranty, so i need to pay now for whatever expenses they will do to my car. For your informations i have 3 cars new models that i buy in your Al-Rai shop. So what is and where is the concerns for the customer's. You must attend promptly with your customer.   • In my eyes the worst customer sales and after sales service!!! Bought a Yukon Denali new and found a crack in the Leather Seat after 4 days! So I went there to complain about, but no body seams to be the right person! Any body you talk to is telling me they will replace the seat and give me a call when that seat is ready! Next day I asked if they have any news, nothing ! The guy was supposed to call me the next day, but he didn’t and the day after again! And now when I call them they don’t answer the phone! So if I knew that before I would not buy a car in that store! I know only, that I have now a lot of trouble and no body wanna help! The next car I buy, I’ll not buy in any Behbehani Store !!!!! If you will go to buy a car over there, I wish you good luck and hope nobody will face the same problems!!

  • i from past 3 years about 6 to 10 times to sharaq behbehani show room to give me information about new youkon want to buy but no one respond atleast when i was in showroom not ask me to what i want i went cupple of desk and i ask even no response just they said wait or no respond very bad very very atleast they dont want to sale ar just i dont know why they are working if not intrested management should give promotion to them sit and manage , and should appoint new people who can have new idea , i think as they are very old employs they are backbone to company as they are very imp. keep them to devolope and let them to maintain some dept. but to take care of showroom need new and the persons who can make salse. i think if the salse people and the system is good as for my knolodge the salse be come double or 3 time then now salse as youkon is the only vehical wich not have compatitive as ford now selling more because of employs so i recomennd manage men should take immediate action and can make atleast double salse in the commong 2013 best of luck . babu 97955470
