The restaurant is decorated with many rustic southern kitchen tools and some signs boasting how great it is to eat pigs. It took us perhaps a half hour to be seated. The food is okay, but it didn't quite live up to the hype that such a busy restaurant seemed to have. I had ordered a burger with fries: the meat tasted good, but the fries were not very crispy, the lettuce was pale and unappetizing, and the bun appeared to have merely been cut from a sheet of hamburger buns, and it had the look and taste of a dinner roll. The wait staff is friendly, and it's a pretty good barbecue place... for Snohomish County.
