Established in 1875 as the site of a tallow factory Goose Green is a settlement in Lafonia on East Falkland in the Falkland Islands. It lies on Choiseul Sound, on the east side of the island's central isthmus, 4 km south of Darwin. Home at one point to over 200 residents, after the Falkands war the population began to fall and Goose Green now has a population around 40.
