Khan has appointed a separate team in this plant against Raju's wish. Then entire two teams were facing cold wars among themselves because of useless politics created by stupid employees like Bhama, Raju, Khan, Adhikari, Y Babu, ASMurthy, Maru. All employees are enjoying by talking gossips, cross communications than job work.
sure, need not to say, an unhealthy working environment was created.

All these employees have been linked / misleaded by a politics leader RK Gupta. He acted like Dawood Ibrahim. Well good politician.

many good engineers had left from this plant because of poor leadership quality from GM...worst working environment was created by him......more politics among staffs was estabilished by him.......no vision for employees skills development is there....no appreciation was there in case of good job........but lots of demotivation process in progress to remove the employees indirectly.......this type of tool he is handling to run this unit.........a perfect GM to this company.......so many engineers had left......whether management realised?? God knows..................

Raju was leading the plant operation team country wide. 300 TPD team in ISPAT was well managed by Raju. Khan entered into Raju’s position and has appointed a separate team in 1260 tpd ISPAT plant against Raju's wish. Then two teams were facing cold wars among themselves because of useless politics created by stupid employees like Bhama, Dassarma, Raju, Khan, Adhikari, Y Babu, ASMurthy, Maru, RK Gupta. All employees are enjoying by talking gossips, cross communications than job work. Sure, need not to say, an unhealthy working environment was created. Many good engineers had left from this plant because of poor leadership quality from Adhikari GM (who is selfish, poor in technical and managerial ability), ASMurthy (who is a cruel fellow narrow minded person), …..worst working environment was created by him......more politics among staffs was established by him.......no vision for employees skills development is there....no appreciation was there in case of good job........but lots of de-motivation process is in progress to remove the employees indirectly.......this type of tool he is handling to run this unit.........a perfect GM to this company.......so many engineers belonged to Raju’s (300 tpd) team had left......whether management realised?? God knows.................. GOD will give treatment against their good and bad acts………..soon……..
