Puravankara Windermere was a sham from the beginning. Did not expect Puravankara to cheat customers in this manner.
They collected 5 lakhs cheque as booking amount. After that no communications at all from them. More than a year passed and they were yet to get approval from CMDA. They have actually cancelled the project, but are anyway waiting for customers to themselves cancel their booking, so that they can retain the money till then. Even getting back the money from Puravankara is a BIG hassle. It takes about 2 months after cancellation.
