Puthuckattu Family (Kollam കൊല്ലം)

One of the ancient family, who was having the almost all the lands, 2 temples etc..
Now Puthuppurackal Temple is belong to them and Thuruthiyil Temple they already given to the local public administration. Now most of the family members are setteled allover the world including GCC and north India. The common name used locally is "Chandiyude Kizhakkethil" and "Bombay's House". In 60's one of the family memeber was settled in Bombay (now Mumbay)who was having textile business in Pune and Jogeswary in Mumbai. Then he started "Bombay Textiles" karimulackal Junction. When the cashew factory was closed it affcted allmost all business in thease area and he closed his business and turned in to agriculture.
