All residents are Central Govt. officers from different parts of the country.This complex is the finest example of the cohesion(is it really so?)amongst the residents who belong to different cultural backgrounds. It is just like MINI INDIA. The residents are always (as they don't have anything else to do and they are self appointed Netas- because they can not live without netagiri- their wives has no work only they are gossiping whole day but don't care properly for their families- they are also without work, no goal of life) involved in various socio-political,religious & cultural activities (what about development activities?) and their creativity is well recognised in this CITY OF JOY (oh really!).Some of the oldest residents are S/Shri R.P.Misra,Dr. P.C. Hazra, Dr.R.P. Srivastava,Dr. V.D.Hegde, Sh. S.P.Srivastava, Sh. Dharmvir Jha, Sh. Kranti Deo,Smt. Sujata Roy, Sh. S.V. Rajgopal, Mr. N.P.Misra,Dr.(Ms.), Narendra Kr.Jainth,Ms.A.C.Balmuchu, Anupam Gupta, ,etc and of course Anita,the self appointed caretaker of the building.
