Our school has a very special relaxed feel to it in which all of our staff are confident about their role and are genuinely happy to do their very best for the children. Of course we all feel the pressures that arise from the unrelenting pace of fresh initiatives, but at Hanslope we like to think that we have developed the art of managing change quietly. We do our best to meet every challenge and are engaged very purposefully in the agenda of raising standards.
