  The speciality of HSL is this place is more often used for scrapping the ships than quickly repairing it. No foreign flag vessel comes for repair (like China).Only govt. and A&N authorities ships are repaired at very high cost and lengthty time. One passanger ship took full 15 months for annual DD. Other shipyards elswhere in world could have built new passanger ship during this time. Great job and great boss.
