maseh khad : The old highway- Hoshiarpur -Hamirpur would pass through this KHUD whereon a bridge was built about 40 years ago. From the spot where the bridge is built, a link road-motorable- was constructed by Rai Sahib Thakur Dass Sood and his brother Ram Krishan to link Pirsaluhi. It was done in the year 1931 via JATOLI for specific purpose for the car of D C Kangra who was supposed to come for inauguration of the Pirsaluhi hospital built and donated by these two brothers. DC Kangra had to cancel his visit at the eleventh hour due to unrest in the country because of death sentence to Shahid Bhagat Singh. Portion and traces of this road still exist. The new all weather road to Pirsaluhi was constructed by the government starting from KAMLU a place about a kilometer from MASEH KHUD bridge, towards Hoshiarpur.
