Shalaurova Island - an island in the East Siberian Sea. Located at the seventieth latitude. The width of the island of 0.8 km.

Shalaurova is one of the bases of the Northern Sea Route. In the very tops of the island, at desyatimetrovoy wooden tower is a beacon is powered by radioisotope thermoelectric generators. Reactor fuel is a strontium - 90. Issued an RTG is very much like the SU-73B without anode output.
