  • my link to this place started 40 years ago That was 1968,known as the NAVAL COAST BATTERY and before that as THE BATTERY put in place by the british, was a battery of monusterous guns to guard the southern gateway of INDIA, COCHIN.where Sir ROBERT BRISTOW had made an artificial port,and Called it as the QUEEN OF THE ARABIAN SEA. There was a park named after the son of the captain of the place called SANTOSH PARK , our captain used to encourage gardening,established a pigery,chicken farming for meat and eggs.our captains name was C X George, he was a LtCdr was a very helpful and kind person.
