Sixteen storey, all suite, 1,111 bed, Residence and Conference Centre constructed in two phases completed in 1998 and 2000. Designed by Strasman architects, 320,000 sq. ft. Phase I includes 696 beds, while 125,000 sq. ft. Phase II contains 415 beds.
Each suite contains two private bedrooms, air conditioning, a kitchenette, a three piece bathroom, telephone and high speed internet access. The facility features lounges, study areas, games rooms, laundry room and a full kitchen facility in the building.
The east side of the residence houses a year round full service conference centre with capacity for 400. Also included are a full cafeteria with seating and a Subway shop.
