Fenway Triangle Trilogy is a mixed-use project located in the heart of the Fenway neighborhood adjacent to the Back Bay and Longwood Medical Center.

The one-million square foot developement includes 405 studio, one, two and three bedroom luxury rental units as well as 171 apartment units that are owned and managed by Harvard Universtiy for Harvard Medical students, faculty and staff. The residential component of the project is located in 12, 15 and 17 story towers, linked by 10-story mid-rise buildings. The residences face Boylston Street, Brookline Avenue and Kilmarnock Street as well as a central landscaped courtyard.
