Busan's Jalgalchi fish market, one of the best and most famous seafood markets in Korea, is an experience - with containers holding every type fish imaginable. All of the fresh caught fish are kept alive until the last possible moment before cooking or eating raw.

Between 6-7 a.m. is the best time to visit Busan's fish market as the fishermen have just come in with their catches. Restaurant owners and private citizens are after the best fish so everyone shows up early.
