Owned and operated by George "Doc" Cavalliere II since the 1950s, Greasewood Flat is an authentic western roadhouse bar housed in a 130 year old bunkhouse. Greasewood Flat and its sister cowboy steakhouse next door, Reata Pass, have been used as a backdrops for several movies and TV shows over the years, including "Raising Arizona" and "Bonanza".
